To determine whether you need a left hand (LH) or a right hand (RH) dummy lever, please complete the following steps:

Stand facing the door on the side that you would like to mount the dummy lever. (For instance, if you are mounting a dummy lever on your bedroom closet door, you would stand in your bedroom facing the closet door.) If the hinges are on the left, you require a left hand (LH) dummy.  If the hinges are on the right, you require a right hand (RH) dummy. For a pair of doors, typically one LH and one RH are required.
